韩明月,北京航空航天大学卓越师资博士后(讲师)。主要研究方向为低温等离子体表面改性技术、脉冲放电电源、等离子体联合诊断系统研发等,在低温等离子体粒子能量控制与先进诊断技术方面取得了重要成果,以第二完成人获得学会“中国表面科技十大进展”。目前,在等离子体源领域PSST、薄膜领域SCT/ASS/JAC等国际权威期刊发表学术论文20余篇,申请发明专利6项。获国家资助博士后研究人员计划(B)资助、北京航空航天大学“卓越百...details>
