Mingyue Han
韩明月，在职博士后（讲师），北京航空航天大学机械工程及自动化学院。主要从事低温等离子体表面改性技术、脉冲放电技术、等离子体联合诊断系统研发等方向研究，在电磁耦合双极性大功率脉冲磁控溅射技术、操控批量粒子扩散方面取得了重要成果。目前，在等离子体源领域PSST、薄膜领域SCT等国际权威期刊发表学术论文20余篇，申请发明专利4项。获国家资助博士后研究人员计划（B）资助、北京航空航天大学“卓越百人、卓越师资”博士...details>
