2005年获北京航空航天大学信号与信息处理专业工学博士学位。主要从事雷达目标检测、识别、图像处理、深度学习的工程应用等方面的研究工作。主持多项国家自然科学基金、其他基金和项目，完成多项科研项目和院所合作项目。发表学术论文110余篇，被SCI收录60余篇，google学术引用2000余次，授权国家发明专利8项。担任某学会自动目标识别专业组委员，BICS2019、BICS2018、APSAR 2009等国际会议的程序委员会委员，国家自然基金评审专家，国家级一流课程网评专家，教育部本、硕、博学位论文评阅专家，IEEE Trans on GRS、IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters、IEEE Signal Processing Letters、Computer Vision and Image Understanding、Frontiers in Neurorobotics和IEEE journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing等刊物的审稿专家。常用邮箱：feigao2000@163.com。近1—2年部分代表作：
