2001年在中北大学(原华北工学院)获精密仪器及机械硕士学位;

1996年在太原理工大学获机械制造工艺与设备专业学士学位;

科研经历:

2014.8-至今  在北京航空航天大学建立量子磁显微实验室,开展三轴矢量量子磁探测技术和量子磁显微技术与研究。

2013.07-2014.07 美国普林斯顿大学访问学者,主要开展大铁磁屏蔽SERF量子磁强计和ns量级短脉冲抽运技术的研究。

2007.11-2013.06 北京航空航天大学副教授,主要研究量子陀螺、量子磁强计等;

2006.03-2007.09 美国麻省理工学院博士后,主要研究微型涡轮发动机;

2005.07-2006.03 中国科学院电子学研究所助研,主要研究微型压力传感器;

1996.07-2001.07 中北大学(原华北工学院)助教,主要研究硅基复合传感器;

教学经历:

2008至今北京航空航天大学讲授《先进微型传感器与执行器制造技术》、《微机电系统MEMS》、《惯性器件原理》等课程

2007年在美国麻省理工学院合作讲授暑期《IAP MEMS101》课程
