蔡开泉，男，教授、博导，国家优秀青年科学基金、中国青年科技奖获得者。长期从事智能空管与新航行系统技术研究，主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、国家空管科研计划等科研项目/课题30 余项，发表SCI、EI论文100余篇，作为主要完成人获国家技术发明一等奖、国家科技进步二等奖等多项国家科技奖励，带领的团队入选交通运输行业重点领域创新团队。
