Profile
李文萍,女,北京航空航天大学物理学院应用物理系副教授、博导、中国科学院博士。2015.5-2016.7,美国麻省理工学院电气工程系微纳电子器件实验室访问学者。近年来,主要研究方向是带电粒子光学、纳米加工及表征,主持国家自然科学基金、工信部2023年xxx专项子课题等10余项课题,发表微纳加工领域专著一部、SCI论文20余篇,授权国家发明专利4项。
科研项目:
1、承担工信部2023年xxx专项课题3“透镜与信号系统开发”(2023.9-2026.8)300万元;
2、北京市科委传感器与科学仪器创新专项“高精度聚焦离子束-电子束双束显微镜研制”(联合承担、2023.12-2025.11)200万元;
3、参与国家科技部02专项电子束硅片图形缺陷检测设备研发与产业化子课题“荷电控制电子枪系统研发”(2018.1-2021.12) 300万元。
4、 主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“聚焦离子束-电子束双束融合模型及其同步微纳加工研究”(2013.1-2015.12) 30万元。
