个人简介

聂天晓博士,北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院副院长,教授,博士生导师。

2011年获复旦大学博士学位,后赴美国加州大学洛杉矶分校电子工程系从事科学研究,2016年回国入职北京航空航天大学。

团队目前主要针对新型超低功耗自旋场效应晶体管、磁随机存储器件、自旋太赫兹器件等展开研究,解决芯片功耗瓶颈。

目前为止,在国际著名期刊上共发表SCI论文80余篇,包括Nature Materials, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications, ACS Nano等, Google scholar总引用3000余次, H因子26。多本英文专著章节邀请撰写,获得30多项国家专利。
